Law putting Megan's Law online awaiting governor's approval


Californians may soon be able to access information on the Internet about sex offenders including: their names, photos and home addresses. Govenor Arnold Schwarzenegger - who has not taken a position on the bill - has until Sept. 30 to approve the placing of the database on the Internet.
