Court upholds 200-year sentence for possessing child pornography


In a divided decision, the judges said that those who possess child pornography are as guilty as -- and should be punished equivalent to -- those who produce it. This made it constitutionally proper to impose a 200-year term on Morton R. Berger, with no possibility of parole, for possessing 20 different images.
