Joseph Brian Eisenhauer was scheduled to appear Monday morning in Northampton County Court to appeal his 35-month to 21-year sentence. He pleaded guilty to sending an image of child pornography over the Internet, possessing an image of child pornography on his computer and filming the young girl undressing.
