Citing concerns that there was probable cause to believe David Franklin Benner, 43, was a dangerous sexual predator, U.S. Magistrate Judge Pamela Mathy ordered Benner held without bond pending further legal action. Benner isaccused of using the Internet to attempt to persuade a 14-year-old boy to meet him to engage in a sexual act.
