Police have identified the suspect as Joseph T. Nieder, and they report that he has been booked into Sonoma County jail. Officer Mike Tosti responded to Shutterbug Photography at 3011 Santa Rosa Ave. on report of photos dropped off for development that appeared to show nude girls in sexually graphic scenarios. Through the course of an investigation, police officials said they determined that the suspect allegedly forced the girls to be photographed, and has allegedly been "significantly involved in child pornography."
