A sweep of suspected probation violators led to the arrest of seven sex offenders, authorities said on Monday.

On Friday, members of the Los Angeles Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force searched the homes and computers of 20 sex offenders who had been convicted for possession of child pornography or crimes against children on the Internet, said Lt. Felicia Hall of the Los Angeles Police Department.
