A man charged with accessing child pornography and arrested in the sexual abuse of a young female neighbor now faces new allegations involving child pornography and the neighbor.
Samuel Seager, 33, has been in the Utah County Jail since Feb. 17 after being arrested on a $50,000 cash-only warrant from the Utah Attorney General's Office for investigation of sexual exploitation of a minor or viewing child pornography.
Provo police continued to investigate the case with the Utah Attorney General's Office, whose forensic search of Seager's computer found a pornographic video featuring the 13-year-old victim, according to the affidavit.
