David Lista pleads not guilty to child porn charges

A Millbrae high school teacher accused of filming girls in a bathroom adjacent to his classroom, as well as taking photos of students from a specially rigged desk camera, pleaded not guilty Tuesday to child pornography charges, authorities said

According to the San Mateo County District Attorney's office, David Lista also pleaded not guilty to charges of felony drug possession during his arraignment in a South San Francisco courtroom.

Lista faces two misdemeanor charges of possession of child pornography in connection with the videos and photos he allegedly shot using a pinhole video camera installed in the wall of the girls' bathroom, and a camera that he set up at his desk
