James Aucoin charged with child pornography

A Waltham father and little league baseball coach pleaded not guilty in Waltham District Court Friday afternoon to charges stemming from a multi-agency investigation that found 131 photographs depicting child pornography on his home computer.
James Aucoin, of 182 Chestnut St., Apt. 2., was arraigned on two counts of possession of child pornography and one count of distributing material of a child in a sexual act, according to court documents.

According to the baseball league’s Web site, Aucoin is listed as manager for the 2008 Red Sox minor league division team.

After a computer forensic technician from the North Eastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council examined Aucoin’s hard drives, police uncovered 131 photographs of naked children and teenagers, some engaged in sexual acts.
