A 20-year-old charged with possession and distribution of child pornography is scheduled for jury trial April 21 in Mower County District Court.
Michael Joseph Anderson
of Alabama, pleaded not guilty Dec. 20 to single felony counts of dissemination of pornographic work involving minors and possession of pornographic work involving minors.
The criminal complaint said Austin police found 45 videos and 694 images of child pornography on CD-ROMs and floppy disks seized during a search warrant at an Austin home Oct. 6, 2006.
The organization had been notified of a
photobucket.com account containing about 100 images classified as child pornography by an employee of the video- and image-sharing Web site.
