A Genesee County man is accused of using little league funds to purchase child pornography. Court documents allege that Richard Dunlap knowingly received child pornography between January 2007 and March 2007.
Dunlap, who was little league treasurer, defrauded the Oakfield-Alabama Little League by using the league's fund for personal transactions.
Examples of the unauthorized transactions include ATM withdrawals from area adult entertainment clubs, purchases at adult book stores and memberships to adult and child pornography websites.
