61-year-old David Tanguay of Windham pleaded guilty to one count of possessing child pornography on Wednesday. According to court records, an investigation back in 2003 discovered Tanguay in a list of persons who subscribed to child pornography websites. After admitting downloading the images and consenting to a search, federal agents discovered the images on his hard drive. With the guilty plea, Tanguay now faces up to 10 years in prison, a $250,000 fine, or both.
