A Stuarts Draft man was indicted Monday by the Augusta County grand jury on 66 counts of possession of child pornography. Authorities arrested Scott E. Forrester, 39, of 33 December Drive, on April 8 after authorities from the Bedford County Internet Crimes Against Children task force were contacted by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children based on a complaint filed by a video and photo-sharing Web site. A subpoena was issued to Comcast Corp., leading to the identification of Forrester, according to court records. Authorities seized three computers, 72 CDs and DVDs, a camcorder, a digital camera, girl's underwear and two dolls from Forrester's double-wide trailer, court records show. At least 5,000 pornographic images were uncovered, 90 percent of them involving girls younger than 18, the sheriff's office said. |
