A former Kiama man who sent naked pictures of himself and his two-year-old daughter through the internet yesterday pleaded guilty in Wollongong District Court to three charges of child pornography.
The 32-year-old man, who cannot be named to protect his daughter's identity, sent images of her to people in various internet chat rooms in arranged swaps for sexually explicit material involving other children. But his activities came unstuck on July 5, 2005, after he sent images of himself and his daughter naked to a woman he had met on a mobile telephone chat line, who immediately alerted police.
When police arrived they witnessed the woman receiving further images sent by the man.
He also sent the woman pictures of himself and his former wife engaged in sexual intercourse.
There was also a further 4368 deleted files depicting child sexual assault found on one of the hard drives.
